Yezidis are the largest minority living in the Republic of Armenia. Since 1998 my work has largely focused on the division within the community as to their ethnic identity. The full transcripts of my interviews with Yezidi, Kurdish, Armenian and foreign academics, politicians, and other figures can be found here. My last two articles on the Yezidis, A People Divided for Geographical and Yezidi Identity Battle for the Institute for War and Peace Reporting, (IWPR) are also available online.

My work was also mentioned in a U.S. Embassy cable on the Kurds released by Wikileaks.
